It is an advanced gyokuro. Use a small kyusu, add a large amount of tea leaves, soak the leaves in hot water at around 50 degrees Celsius, and let them infuse slowly for about 2 minutes to enjoy the thick and rich flavor. After the second brew, use hot water of about 70 degrees and enjoy the smooth change in taste. In addition to the tea leaves in Shiga prefecture, our shop's gyokuro is scrutinized so that you can enjoy it even more deliciously by ordering tea leaves from the production areas of gyokuro such as Kyoto and Fukuoka.
